- Crepe paper (doublette and florist crepe, which can be found at CastleintheAir. I think they supply high-quality paper, or so I've heard, so I'll try them first. Shipping isn't too bad, either.)
- scissors
- glue
- cloth-covered floral stems
- floral tape
- maybe some beads to give a bit of "flare" to some of the flowers' centers
- some watercolors
- patience!
I'll have to get serious about purchasing the crepe paper and cloth-covered floral stems (wire) within the next couple months!

You might have realized that my crepe paper flower project is for our wedding. We're having an inexpensive wedding but we still get some of the "showiness" that most people want when they get married. I purchased my handmade dress and bolero on Etsy, and I'm going to buy my shoes and veil supplies from Etsy sellers, too.
Our budget is $1,000, including ceremony venue, cake, and ceremony officiator. Can we do it? I'll let you know next year when the event happens! In the meantime, you'll see lots more "projects" on this page detailing some of the things I'll be making for the wedding, such as the flowers (which includes my bouquet as well as groom's boutonniere), my birdcage veil, and even my jewelry. Stay tuned!
